Here’s how it works: Your trial runs its full course, and billing doesn’t start until the trial ends. Plus, we bill in arrears, so you’re only charged after the billing period wraps up. That means you often get a little extra time to roll things out before the first invoice hits. No rush, no stress.

Choosing the right provider for ongoing security awareness training will depend on your unique business needs, but there are a few things that every business should consider:

• Content Library Quality: Is the content library bloated with outdated, repetitive content, or has it been intentionally built based on the prevalent threats facing your users today? On top of that, how easy is it to navigate the library? Do you need to be an expert in the library itself, or does the provider make it easy for you to find and assign the most relevant content to your learners. 
• Management Overhead: A successful SAT program must have relevant, up-to-date training programs conducted on a regular basis (think: Monthly), reinforced with phishing scenarios that reflect real-world threats hackers use today. Maintaining a program like this takes a lot of work and cybersecurity expertise.
